A perfect template for every occasion
The first step of the DIY is to choose your favorite template from the ProFlowers blog. There are various designs to choose from, some designed specifically for occasions or holidays, like Mother’s Day, others with beautiful patterns suitable for all events. I opted for a stunning marbled design and a cool illustrated pattern, both in a lovely pastel color scheme which happens to be my mothers favorite!
After the hard task of choosing a template, you pick your paper. For the two designs shown in the photos, for the marbled design, I used Esprit de Natur in Ocre 110gsm, available at Europapier (read more here), and for the patterned printable, Crush Corn 120gsm, exclusively available at Europapier (read more here). I’d recommend using a sturdy 100-200 gsm paper, and something with a little texture for a luxurious feel.
Now that you have your printables, it’s time to make the bouquet wrap. Simply cut along the dotted lines indicated. If you wish, you can wrap your flower with some tissue paper first, and then secure the bouquet by wrapping the printable around it. Fasten the ends of the wrap with double-sided tape for a clean finish.
Now you have a unique, beautifully wrapped flower bouquet. Thank you to ProFlowers for the fun DIY inspiration, and happy Mother’s Day to all mothers!
