Sebastian Bednarek is a graphic designer from Poland specializing in brand identity design. With an impressive international client roster, he understands the importance and potential what high-quality branding brings and what it can offer to a company. In his latest project, he gave a 50-year-old barber shop a needed facelift, resulting in a stunning contemporary identity that captivates the large than life persona Andrée Daisley.
Andrée Daisley Barber Shop received its name in 2007 when Andrée took the shop over from her grandfather Franck Daisley. It slowly began its transformation into the contemporary hotspot it is today. A comfortable mixture of new and old; classic and current. Though Andrée has owned and managed the shop from then until now, the shop itself is over 50 years old under the other moniker Franck Daisley. Andrée is always honest, even when the truth may not be what you want to hear, so don’t be alarmed if she tells you your hair isn’t the same as Brad Pitt’s or your head is lumpy. She’s just looking out for your best interests. The fresh and poppy pink and black themed branding fits her to a tee, while the whole identity is based on the simplicity of good typography of her name.
