Aleksandar Savić, an illustrator and infographic designer based in Belgrade, Serbia, was asked by HipMunk to create an infographic explaining the ups and down’s of traveling with a pet by making an illustrated list of hip tips that helps that ordeal easier for the traveler. We love our animals just like we love traveling, and now, we’re also in love with work of the talented Mr. Savić.
Graduating from the Faculty of Art and Design, Graphic Design and Visual Communication Department, Belgrade. Savić works as a freelancer in fields of graphic design and illustration with focus on illustration and infographics since 2012. Working for a multitude of international clients, ranging from multi-national corporations to local publications, Savić’s recognizable style is always refined and clean, with a very good eye on color and composition. When the consumer-oriented online travel company Hipmunk commissioned an infographic showcasing the troubles and solutions of travelling with a pet, Savić created a fun design that shows the subject in a light-hearted yet clear way that truly answers the many questions that come with traveling with animals.
