In contrast with that, Jauk’s latest client knows all about the old world. Antikes Flucher is a small antic store in Tillmitsch south Styria, where antiques from all over the world find new homes and happy owners.
Antikes Flucher branding draws inspiration from its unique location and rich history
Antikes Flucher is a place where antiques from all over the world come together to find a new life, a new home. “In the old days it was an inn. So people have been passing through it for generations. A place filled with history and stories”, Leuk writes. The branding design beautifully captures the magic, energy, and rich history of the place and all its valuable antique furniture.
“The design, copy, and photography all show a certain playfulness and lightness, which is commonly not used in connection with old tables, antique vases, or rural wooden boards. The building which is holding it all together, the temporary home of the manifold characters that are waiting for their new owner, is used as the new iconic logo of the brand”, Jauk explains.
The cohesive design concept feels elegant, rich, and contemporary all at once, combining elements of luxury and minimalism. The gold foil printed taglines and edging, together with gemstone colored papers, and blind embossed logo, create a polished overall style, that perfectly represents the unique brand while elevating it to an experience for its visitor.
