As the whole world quieted down over the last few weeks, and we’ve been staying indoors to avoid the spread of the virus, many parents have taken on the extra role of teachers as they have done their best efforts to home-school their children.
With that in mind, now that the Easter Holidays are approaching, we can’t think of a better time to reward kids for their patience and perseverance with some fun activities, to keep them engaged and relaxed during this short break from lessons.
Why not spend your time crafting?
We would like to introduce a campaign which caught our attention: Love Paper, launched by the paper advocacy group Two Sides. The clever campaign supplies a whole range of kid-friendly materials which are just one click away, can be downloaded free of charge and printed in the comfort of your own home.
Since at Design&Paper we absolutely love to craft, we thought this would be the perfect idea for all of you. We invite you to have fun with the many paper crafts and origami, games, puzzles, drawing, painting and writing activities provided by Love Paper. Be creative and challenge your children and all the little ones in your lives to fashion Easter letters, prepare thoughtful drawings as gifts for grandparents, make clever lists or stay in touch with their friends by writting fun-letters.

A campaign launched by a not-for-profit organization Two Sides
Two Sides was created in 2008 with members from the graphic communications supply chain, creating a forum for the industry to work together and share experiences. Their goal is to promote the sustainability of the graphic communications supply chain and dispel common environmental misconceptions by providing users with verifiable information on why print and paper is an attractive, practical and sustainable communications medium.
Looking on the bright side of things, this indoor time is an excellent way to make use of family-quality-time.
We wish you a happy Easter and can’t wait to see your creations!
